As you start to think of your summer holidays here are a few reminders

If you take regular medication remember to order it in good time and ensure you have sussicient quatities too see you through the holiday.

If you are travelling abroad please don't leave any travel immunisations to the last minute. Malaria can be fatal so don't forget your tablets if travelling to an affected area.

Avoid sunburn - use high factor sunscreen.

Consider flight socks especially for long haul flights.

Binge drinking can be a recipe for disaster on holiay. Be aware of the ammount you drink.

Practice safe sex.

Most importantly of all Have a good holiday.
