Details
St Andrews Pre School offers excellent child care in a warm, safe and caring environment.  Children are treated as individuals and given every opportunity to develop to their full potential.

The Pre School is a registered charity which has been open since 1973, and offers places to children from the age of 2 1/2 to 5. There is a high staff/child ratio of 1:4, and importantly, all of the staff are qualified and mature carers, with families of their own, ensuring peace of mind, and a wealth of experience in childcare.

Sessions are planned according to the Early Years Foundation Stage Syllabus, which takes into account each individual child's interests and abilities.  Activities are carried out in a caring, happy and fun manner.

'Happy children soak up knowlege like a sponge without even realising it!'

The staff organise two major fun-filled rund raising events each year, and the monies raised are used to purchase valuable equipment and new activities for the children.

Parental involvement is welcomed at St Andrews Pre School.  After your child has settled in, parents are offered an opportunity to help at one morning session each term.

The Pre School offers morning sessions 5 days a week during term time, with full day sessions (8.45am - 3.30pm) available Monday, Thursday and Friday.   Flexible sessions are also offered - please check with Ann for availability.

Children requiring full day care have the opportunity of having a hot lunch; alternatively, you can provide a packed lunch for your child.

Funding is available for all children aged 3 and 4.

For further information, please call Ann Brooks on 0781 494 1343
