Details
Tots in the Spots is a class dedicated to toddlers from the age of 2 to 5, to experience the fun of performing arts at The Dronfield Dance & Theatre Academy. 

The class is run by Sally Wragg who is professionally trained with 20 years' experience, and a Fellow of the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) and LAMDA (The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art).

The class involves singing, dancing, working with musical instruments, character play and topical learning activities, eg numbers, expressions, and sensation - and what's more - mum gets to join in too and spend quality time with their tot! 

The session is fun-filled and action packed, followed by cool down and relaxation at the end, with a chance for social interaction with toys and refreshments.

From the age of 5, children have an opportunity to progress to Dronfield Dance & Theatre Performing Arts, which is based on the IDTA Musical theatre Syllabus and involves singing, drama and dance.  This includes work on breathing techniques, improvisation, articulation, team building skills and self-expression which helps to build confidence.
