A host of football legends have graced the tournament in the past, including Jurgen Klinnsman, John Barnes, Matt Le Tissier, Peter Beardsley, Chris Waddle and Ally McCoist.
The club will be showcasing its new kit at the tournament having unveiled it at the Peace Gardens in Sheffield. The Sheffield Club is being sponsored by Yorkshire Tourism and the new shirts will be emblazoned with the logo "Welcome to Yorkshire".
Yorkshire Tourism recently sponsored the World Snooker Championships at The Crucible in Sheffield with great success and hopes the continuing momentum will place the county as one of the UK's top tourist attractions.

Participating in such a prestigious event enables Sheffield FC to further raise its profile as the world's first football club, along with helping to promote grass roots football in countries the world over.”
“Football is more than just a sport – it helps to bring people together, gets people active and involved in sport and can help instil a sense of pride, discipline, fair play and dignity in all those who are involved in football.”
“As the world's oldest football club, Sheffield FC has a responsibility to promote, develop and uphold the principles and spirit of the game and taking part in tournaments such as this not only enables us to do that, but also gives us the opportunity to showcase the city of Sheffield to the rest of the world."
Sheffield FC's new kit was kindly provided by Kitlocker.com a Sheffield based firm, while Adidas will be providing the players' with their heritage range AdiPure boots. After the tournament, players will be donating their boots to the Boots for Africa charity, which aims to provide players in under-developed countries with the equipment needed to play the game.
