About the Legion
The Legion is the leading Ex-Service Organisation in the County, with a presence from Glossop in the north to Swadlincote in the south, consisting of 60 Branches, 5 Groups, 15 Clubs and over 7,000 members around the County.
The County offices are on the second floor of Saxon House in Derby, where the County Secretary and County Field Welfare Officer are based. The County Field Officer is based in Stafford and Derby.
The Royal British Legion plays an active role in the local community, and we rely on the help of our members to carry out our work in their local areas. There are many ways people can help and become involved, and it is essential to our work for the ex-Service community. We are also an active membership organisation, and invite everyone, whether they are ex-Service or not, to become a member.
