About the Helpline

The helpline is there 24 hours a day, seven days a week for women experiencing domestic violence. Refuge's fully trained female workers, provide support and information. All calls are confidential. The helpline is run in partnership betwen Women's Aid and Refuge.

Refuge's network of safe houses provides emergency accommodation for women and children when they are most in need.
