Review: Glen was very friendly and very helpful. My TV had suddenly stopped working and Glen sought a power cable to check that it wasnt the cable. Unfortunately it needs a new part and Glen advised me which the best route to take was ie purchase a new tv or get it repaired. The information and help he gave me was completely free of charge and he even made 2 visits.
