Details
Junior Fitness has taken off at The Akademy for kids aged between 10 and 16.

With a fully qualified instructor in health-related exercise for children, you can be sure of a safe, fun-filled effective work out programme for your kids, which offers all the health benefits of regular exercise and healthy living.

All children undergo an initial assessment which will include a personal programme to help your child achieve his/her goals.

There are 4 sessions per week available: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 4-5pm and 5-6pm and Saturdays between 10.30 and 11.30 and 11.30 and 12.30.

Places are limited to 6 children per session.

Prices are £5.00 for the initial hour assessment and £3.00 thereafter per session.

The Akademy is already regularly used by the students at The Dronfield Henry Fanshawe School as part of the school curriculum, and from the new school autumn term, this  will include boxing fitness sessions at the S18 Gym, which is situated upstairs at The Akademy.
