In 2002 Gavin Bailey (Ex SWFC) and his friend Jono Pickess (Ex Chesterfield Town and Sheffield F.C) decided to form a soccer school.
It was always their ambition to give young boys and girls the benefit of their experience and a chance to play football. From small beginnings playing on a Saturday morning at Millhouses Park, the club had a chance of moving to Sheffield United training ground at Shirecliffe and stayed there until a year ago. We then joined AFC Dronfield and Dronfield Town at Gosforth Fields which has made an incredible difference. We would like to thank everyone at Gosforth for their help.
The move could not have been better for us as we now have around 100 boys and girls on our books.
Recently we had a meeting with SWFC and have now formed an association with them. This will enable us to feed quality players into their academy and who knows!
We have a motto at the club and that is CEDE NULLIS (don’t give in)
