Details
Our mission is to ensure that the footpaths and bridleways are maintained in good condition and to encourage people to walk them.
We achieve this by:
1. Carrying out regular surveys
2. Encouraging local authorities and landowners to undertake repairs
3. Organising regular work parties
4 Arranging walks on local paths (See winter programme for 2005/6)
5 Recruiting and involving members
6 Developing links with other organisations
7 Devising and waymarking circular and linear walks
8. Raising funds to develop the path network
9. Seeing opportunities for additional paths.
