Kinesiology is a holistic therapy that identifies and releases energy blockages in the body using "muscle testing" to restore balance and well being.

Muscle testing is the application of slow, gentle and light pressure to a muscle to gather information from the body itself and allow it to reveal what it needs to restore its balance.

In 2004, I specialised as a "3 in 1" kinesiologist practitioner, an area which works by defusing past traumas and negative experiences which often generate physical and psychological problems.

The work is done gently and harmoniously and involves the use of acupressure points, meridian flow based on traditional Chinese medicine, combined with modern Western techniques, including flower essences, light therapy, brain integration, food sensitivity testing, and many more.
