When can you call?

Whenever you feel the need to talk, however soon or long after your bereavement.

At any time during opening hours.


The helpline is open 365 days a year.

Every evening 7.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.

Monday to Friday mornings 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Wednesday afternoons 1.00 - 4.00 p.m.
