Birk Hill Infant and Nursery School, Eckington, is a county-run co- educational school for children between the ages of 3 and 7 years. The school was built in 1953 to serve the Birk Hill estate and surrounding area. The nursery class was built in 1985. We are well supported by our governing body and by an active P.T.A.

We look forward to working with you, as we believe that education is very much a home/school partnership. The early years of schooling should be a happy and exciting time for all children and, as parents and teachers working together, we can lay strong and sound foundations upon which our children can build for the rest of his/her school career.
