Aurora Welcomes New Members
Launched in September 2006, Aurora is a warm, friendly singing group. Previous experience is not necessary and there is no need to read music.  We use specially prepared teacher CDs, so songs can be learned by ear.  The only pre-requisite is a love of, or a desire to sing.  
 
Although we practise in a church we are not a church choir.  Our members are female with mixed abilities and ages that range from 12 to 80 years.  Some have sung in different choirs, whilst others have never done any singing before.
 
We sing close unaccompanied harmony in a variety of styles including swing, blues, gospel and much more. 

We meet on Monday evenings, at 7:30 until 9:30 at Loundsley Green Methodist Church, Pennine Way, Loundsley Green, Chesterfield S40 4NF.
