Picture the scenario: you are planning a night out with friends but there is a split of opinion about the choice of cuisine - not a problem! - Dronfield's newest restaurant has the answer.

Araj opened mid-November on the High Street and specialises in providing a truly cosmopolitan dining experience, serving food from around the world, including Indian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Italian and of course, English.  And it works! 

Restaurant owner, Khosru Mial, is a well known face in Dronfield - he started his business 18 years ago at Kismet Tandoori on Chesterfield Road, and his latest acquisition really is the icing on the cake for him with big plans for speciality nights and live music to keep you entertained all evening.

The restaurant has been re-furbished to the highest quality, from the cascading waterfall in the entrance, to the rich decor in 130 seater dining room with beautiful furniture and tablewear.  And with a wide range of good quality beers, wines and champagne you can be certain of an excellent evening.

There is a separate function room available for birthday parties, weddings, Christmas and other family occasions.  Buffets can be arranged from as little as £3.90 per person. In addition the restaurant can booked from 9 a.m. for business and community meetings almost every day providing a very large meeting room with a large public car park just a short walk away.
